50% OFF: Lee Bennett The Curvare (Original Price $5,000)
Lee Bennett, one of the finest English knife makers, may he rest in peace, did a custom piece for us a couple of years ago. The blade is called a "suicide" grind because of its madening complexity. It is 3.5" of gorgeous Damasteel floating on ceramic bearings. The frame is all Titanium with an orange peel finish on the back underneath a beautiful Timascus pant clip. There is an anodized Titanium backspacer, a Timascus bolster and a Desert Ironwood handle on the dress side. The knife also is dressed front and back with beautiful handmade pivot covers.
Our prayers go out to Lee's family over his untimely passing. We will be giving his family most of the proceeds from the sale of what I consider to be one of his finest knives. The video shown below is part 7 of 7 episodes he filmed about the construction of this knife. He was a terrific father, and husband as evidenced by the love he showed for them in many of his wonderful videos. Lee, you will be missed by the entire knife community and by all the people who knew you.
